He has qualified as an expert witness in California Superior Court.
He has witnessed in excess of 20 burn tests on structures, vehicles, appliances, and wildlands to document burn patterns, flame spread and general fire behavior.
He holds State Certification(s) as a Fire Investigator, Fire Prevention Officer, Fire Officer and Instructor, within California
He has 24 years experience with the Fire Department, which includes fire investigation, plan review and code compliance.
